This discount is for the same professional version of Simplif圓D that we offer to all other customers, so you will have access to all of the great features and performance that our software is known for. Even if I end up still using Cura for other prints…just for printing these planes alone the purchase was worth it. Yes, we currently offer a 25 educational discount for all enrolled university students and faculty. On the 3rd print down to 210 and got a near perfect print with almost no stringing at all. I dropped the temp to 220 and the stringing reduced and the print went further before the extruder jammed up again. Then I had a problem with the filament feeding. Last night I tried out Simplif圓D…the first 2 prints I was getting some stringing but far less than with Cura, and it was printing 4 parts at once vs 1 part with Cura. It may make it a tad easier, but definitely not.
SIMPLIFY 3D TRIAL TRIAL
I tried drying out the PLA and the holes decreased but were still there. If someone wanted to hack the software, they would most definitely not need there to be a trial of it. Originally I thought this was from my PLA absorbing water. I got to the point I could print 1 piece at a time and only had problems when printing the tail. I spent all this time up to last night tweaking Cura and trying to get the new versions of Cura to work with the settings to get an acceptable part. I bought my Anet A8 back in June with the main purpose for printing these planes. Streamline and simplify an array of tedious design tasks, from PLC and terminal block to contact cross-reference assignments, with SOLIDWORKS automated design and management tools.
But I’m afraid of buying S3D and the problems are still the same. Built-in libraries of symbols, manufacturer part information, and 3D component models provide common materials optimizing design reuse. I’m sick of trial and error and just want the things get working. Is it really only the slicer software, that makes the difference? So….my printer obviously can print good parts, proven by the results I get when I use the supplied basic gcode files. Moreover the import of supplied settings for Cura or MatterControl do not deliver acceptable results. Either stringing or gaps, over- or underextrusion but never the same good printings as I get from the basic gcodes. When I copy the settings, used in the supplied gcode files to another slicer, and slice the STL files on my own, the results are not comparable. When I print the basic gcode files from 3Dlabprint, I get nearly perfect results. So what is the secret of S3D? What makes it better compared to the other ones? At the end of the trial period, 3D Juump Ace will offer you to subscribe on a monthly basis, directly through the app at 25/month. 3D Juump Ace goes way farer than most viewers: you will be able to analyze, measure and optimize your files thanks to the editing tools available. Most of the settings you can adjust in Simplif圓D can also be adjusted by the other slicers. Its supports many 3D, 2D, CSV import and export formats. I made up my mind and tried to compare the setting options between different slicers. So I’m thinking of getting Simplif圓D, as it is recommended by the 3Dlabprint guys. Well, I’m just talking about thin wall printings like the 3Dlabprint planes, with less complex prints I get good results with each of the mentioned slicers. I’ve been messing around with Cura, MatterControl and Kiss for quite a while and I don’t get proper results with each of them. Share your feedback and questions in our community forum at.
